Generally, most insurance plans don’t require you to obtain a primary physician referral to see us. However, if you’re unsure whether you need such a referral or have coverage, please contact your insurance company. Don’t assume that because a fertility center participates with your insurance plan that your plan will cover treatment. Insurance companies may not cover fertility treatments or may provide only limited coverage for them.
